STOP heart disease AND cancer with FAT?! (amazing results)

For decades, modern mainstream medicine vilified healthy fats as found in whole foods like meats, eggs, dairy, and seafood.

They told us to cut them to avoid chronic conditions like heart disease and cancer.

But according to research, they’ve been DEAD WRONG!

Because a certain type of fat known to improve blood pressure, lower triglycerides, and help STOP deadly heart issues has another thing going for it…

It STOPS cancer cells, too!

And better yet? You may already be taking it as part of your regular routine, as I always encourage you to do!

Let’s get right to it…

Omega-3s are key to heart health, brain health, and much more…

Humans REQUIRE fats to survive. That’s why we call them “essential fats.”

In fact, for most of human history, people had a hard time getting ENOUGH fats in their diet.

And when early humans finally did find a good, sustainable source of fats known as essential omega-3 fatty acids, their brains grew MUCH bigger and more complex!

Of course, even today, the human brain still requires these essential fatty acids—especially docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), as found in fish, seafood, and fish oil supplements.

These two powerful fats help neurons in the brain communicate with each other. They also help improve blood flow throughout the body (including to the brain!). And studies show that supplementing with DHA and EPA can help ward off dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

But perhaps most notably, these two fats also support one’s heart health…

In fact, they help lower blood pressure and triglycerides and reduce the risk of atherosclerosis, strokes, heart attacks, and cardiac arrhythmias. They also help reduce chronic inflammation—the No. 1 underlying problem that causes many of these serious cardiovascular conditions and other chronic diseases in the first place.

And that point brings us back to the new study I mentioned earlier…

DHA stops tumor cells

A few years ago, Belgian scientists with the University of Louvain found that some types of cancer cells can use fats (instead of sugar) to grow, when they are in an acidic environment. (Cancer cells typically use sugar as their primary energy source.)

In addition, the cancer cells that can convert to using fats tend to be the most aggressive. Specifically, they can spread (metastasize) from the original tumor site and go to distant sites around the body.

Well, the researchers wondered what would happen if they applied different fatty acids to the aggressive cells…

It turns out, some fatty acids caused the cancer cells to grow more rapidly. But the omega-3 fatty acid DHA literally POISONED the tumor cells…causing them to die off.

Encouraged by these promising results, the researchers then gave mice bred to develop cancer a diet rich in DHA or a regular diet and analyzed the effects of each.

Well—the tumors of the mice given DHA had “significantly” slower growth compared to those on a regular, controlled diet.

The researchers even went one step further—recommending that adults get at least 250 mg of DHA each day.

In one way, it’s good to hear the researchers make a recommendation based on their findings—rather than just repeating the line that they need “more research.”

But there’s still a major problem with it: Their one-size-fits-all dosing recommendation just doesn’t work. Here’s why…

Three tips for supplementing with fish oil

Remember, when you want to up your intake of DHA and EPA, you should always start by adding more fish and seafood into your diet.

That being said, unless you’re like the old man in the sea…and eat fish every day of the week…you probably ALSO need to take a fish oil supplement.

So, here are three things to consider when choosing one…

First, you should always take a fish oil supplement that has as many omega-3s in it as what you’d get by eating a healthy serving of fatty fish—like salmon. So, always look at how much EPA/DHA content a product contains.

Second, remember that fish oil supplements should literally supplement your diet. That means the amount of fish oil you should take depends entirely on how much fish and seafood you regularly eat during the week. (This is precisely why there’s no “one–size–fits–all” dosage recommendation, as the researchers suggested.)

Third, make sure to choose a high-quality fish oil supplement, as there are a lot of terrible brands on the market that contain mercury and other harmful substances.

(You can learn more about these three tips—including why quality matters when it comes to fish and fish oil, along with an easy breakdown of dosage recommendations, in the April 2021 issue of my monthly newsletter, Insiders’ Cures [“Getting to the heart of the omega-3 ‘controversy’”]. Of course, in addition to taking fish oil, there are dozens of other safe, natural alternatives for preventing, detecting, AND treating cancer. I’ve outlined them all in detail in my groundbreaking online learning tool, my Authentic Anti-Cancer Protocol.

This all-inclusive protocol is the sum total of more than 40 years of personal research, study, and experience in natural cancer treatment.
