The vaccine scandal spreads worldwide

I recently came across another startling example of the corruption surrounding vaccines — and it goes way beyond just drug company greed and manipulation.

You probably remember the big scare a few years back about the H1N1 swine flu virus. The World Health Organization (WHO) swiftly declared the H1N1 influenza virus a “pandemic.” And suddenly, you saw people on TV walking around with protective masks.

Of course, big pharma launched into action, developing a costly H1N1 vaccine. The U.S. government bought the vaccine, which ultimately cost taxpayers billions of dollars. And the massive worldwide profits went to the vaccine manufacturers.

As it turned out, the H1N1 flu didn’t cause any more deaths in 2009 and 2010 than the regular seasonal flu virus. And those numbers hardly qualify it as a “pandemic.” Furthermore, we didn’t even need a vaccine for H1N1, as the virus went away on its own — as does the seasonal flu every year. Something simpler and safer would have been more effective and less costly, as I’ll explain in a moment.

But in the meantime, I want to focus a bit more on the development of this H1N1 vaccine and the characters involved.

Public health “advice” bought and paid for by big pharma

According to a report in the prestigious British Medical Journal (BMJ), several key advisors convinced the WHO to declare H1N1 a “pandemic.” Conveniently, these key advisor also received direct financial compensation from the vaccine manufacturers. In other words, big pharma paid off the WHO advisors.

During all this time, the WHO refused to disclose any conflicts of interest among its advisors and the drug companies who stood to reap this windfall. They simply swept these “kickbacks” under the table and kept silent. Apparently, the WHO didn’t think it was important for the world to know.

This circumstance illustrates how international agencies and bureaucrats can act even more egregiously than health organizations within countries. These international offenders find new ways to skirt ethics, laws and regulations set within different countries.

At the time of the BMJ’s exposé, the WHO Secretary-General Margaret Chan defended the secrecy. She claimed the WHO intentionally kept the financial conflicts of interest confidential to supposedly, “protect the integrity and independence of the members while doing this critical work…to ensure transparency.”

I’m not sure whether English is her second language, but apparently she doesn’t understand the meanings of the words she spouts — whether using Webster or the Oxford Dictionary.

The WHO’s actions, in fact, do call into question their “integrity.” They demonstrate not “independence,” but financial dependency. And they’re the opposite of “transparency.”

Of course, now we also know there was nothing “critical” about their work in any case…except perhaps when it came to making payments on their luxury condos in Geneva.

(Of course, the WHO has a history of blurring the facts — remember their bogus warning about meat and colon cancer?)

The only “epidemics” here are fraud and waste

The Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly wrote they’re “alarmed by the way in which the H1N1 influenza pandemic has been handled, not only by WHO but also by the competent health authorities at the level of the European Union and at the national level.” They added the WHO caused “a waste of large sums of public money, and also unjustified scares and fears about the health risks faced by the European public at large.”

What about the American public?

According to one report from 2009 in the Wall Street Journal, the U.S. government planned to spend $1 billion on developing and stockpiling the H1N1 vaccine. Then, in June 2011, the U.S. Government Accountability Office reported the Department of Health and Human Services had spent about two-thirds of the $6.15 billion in H1N1 funds. So who knows how high the costs ultimately rose for U.S. taxpayers.

The vaccine industry and its co-dependents claim the WHO had no choice but to recommend vaccines since vaccines are the “only” treatments for viruses.

That’s simply not true.

The simple vitamin five times more effective than any flu vaccine

Scientific evidence shows vitamin D is five times more effective at preventing influenza. But the WHO never recommended vitamin D to anyone.

By keeping people ignorant of safe, effective and affordable natural alternatives, mainstream medicine and health “experts” make people more vulnerable to the flu, thereby “proving” with reverse logic that we need a vaccine to protect us.

Plus, as I briefly mentioned earlier, the BMJ’s investigation showed the WHO completely exaggerated the virus’ risk. They claimed it was a “Phase 6” pandemic, although the mortality rate was so low, vitamin D supplementation probably could have stopped it.

So there you have it.

The WHO urged nations around the world to stockpile the vaccine, ensuring advance sales, whether we needed the vaccine or not…and whether or not it really worked. The WHO advisors collected their “kickbacks” from the vaccine’s manufacturers, on the backs of taxpayers, while intentionally keeping it all a secret. The WHO continued to fan the flames by warning H1N1 was extremely dangerous, encouraging everyone to get vaccinated. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) echoed the same in the U.S.

All that really happened is that taxpayers were saddled with huge payments for another useless vaccine, which now sits rotting on shelves, stored at taxpayer expense. Ultimately, they will have to destroy and dispose of the useless vaccine, also at taxpayer expense, until the next vaccine comes along and we do it all over again.

Investigators labeled this whole scheme as “corruption and bribery,” constituting “felony crimes.”

So the next time you hear a big pronouncement from the “prestigious” WHO, remember their advisors secretly take kickbacks from global drug companies. It’s not about global health — but about profits on a global scale.

Also — I recommend taking 10,000 IU daily of vitamin D, unlike the WHO — but you know “who” they are by now.
